Sales Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to 20–25 registered agencies, providing consulting to support their business management and sales strategies.
• Plan and execute group training sessions for agency owners and agents covering insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Provide individual coaching to agents regarding product knowledge, sales expertise, and administrative procedures.
• Support the development of new agencies through recruitment and registration processes.
• Drive agency growth through proactive field visits and operational support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
• Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build smooth relationships from the perspective of the client.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to act independently and take initiative.
• High level of mobility and willingness to travel (approximately 75% travel required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales within financial institutions such as insurance, securities, or banking.
• Ability to think ahead and act based on predictive analysis.
