Sales Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to 20–25 registered agencies to support their business growth and management.
• Provide consulting services to agency owners regarding sales strategies and organizational structures.
• Plan and execute group training sessions for agency owners and agents covering insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.
• Provide individual coaching to agents on product knowledge, sales expertise, and administrative procedures.
• Manage the development and registration of new agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
• Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C; experience level is flexible).
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build smooth relationships from the perspective of others.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to act independently and take initiative.
• High level of mobility and willingness to travel (approximately 75% travel required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales within financial institutions such as insurance, securities, or banking.
• Ability to think ahead and act based on future predictions and trends.
