Sales Support, Clinical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers and Regional Sales Managers with sales activities, including procedure coverage and identifying new opportunities for product penetration
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hospital physicians, catheter laboratory staff, and operating room personnel
• Provide clinical training, education, and support for equipment and software
• Interface with Marketing and R&D teams to provide intelligence on competitive products and necessary product enhancements
• Support company-sponsored clinical trials, marketing trials, and registries

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience in a hospital setting
• Valid professional license as a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), Registered Nurse (RN), CVIS, or RCIS
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong training and motivational skills
• Ability to perform field-based work at customer locations
