Sales Support, Clinical Specialist (Coronary Image Guided Therapy)

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers and Regional Sales Managers with sales activities, including procedure coverage and identifying new opportunities for product penetration.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with hospital physicians, catheter lab personnel, and operating room staff.
• Provide clinical training, product education, and one-on-one coaching to healthcare professionals.
• Interface with Marketing and R&D teams to provide market intelligence regarding competitive products and necessary product enhancements.
• Support company-sponsored clinical trials, marketing trials, and registries.
• Work independently to achieve business objectives and sales metrics set by the IGTD division.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience working in a hospital clinical setting and/or the medical device field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience as specified in the job description).
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to perform in-service training and clinical product education.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of cath lab procedures, devices, and workflows.
• Clinical certifications such as Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist (CRT), Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT), Registered Nurse (RN), or CVIS/RCIS.
