Sales Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data for leads, opportunities, and accounts
• Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure all stages of the sales cycle are correctly followed
• Track and report on deal progression, highlighting bottlenecks or overdue actions
• Ensure key documentation such as quotes, proposals, and contracts are correctly linked to CRM records
• Generate regular reports on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales activity metrics
• Provide data-driven insights to Sales Managers to support decision-making
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating internal approvals
• Support order processing and liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales support, sales operations, CRM administration, or business support roles
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent attention to detail and data management capabilities
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, finance, and operational teams
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
