Responsibilities

• Attend prospect meetings and coordinate scheduling
• Conduct thorough research on industries and prospects to build a pipeline
• Organize and follow up on client data and meetings using HubSpot CRM
• Analyze data from lost prospects to improve processes
• Create compelling presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint
• Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience in research and customer outreach
• Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work East Coast hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Financial Services (Capital Markets, fixed income, equity, asset management, fintech, or investment banking)
