Sales Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly while prioritizing daily workloads
• Organize and maintain merchandise accessibility in the stockroom and on the selling floor
• Monitor stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance
• Support floor moves and ensure the selling floor is consistently replenished
• Execute price changes and markdowns as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the stockroom and selling floor
• Audit compliance to help achieve shrinkage goals

Requirements

• Previous retail service experience with a passion for the industry
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
