About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance.
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle transactions in compliance with policy.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers while maintaining stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
- Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
Requirements
- 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive marketplace.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with iPads, laptops, or Mobile POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
