Sales Support Associate III

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance.
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle transactions in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers while maintaining stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong English language proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including POS systems, iPads, and laptops.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive marketplace.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a luxury retail service environment.
