Sales Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance.
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle transactions in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers while maintaining stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury environment.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive marketplace.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
