Sales Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute replenishment based on sell-through and available backstock
• Ensure sales floor inventory levels and size availability align with brand standards
• Support the store team as a runner for backstock, fitting room, and cashwrap
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product and promotions
• Execute processing, replenishment, promotions, and visual/marketing directives
• Uphold backstock organization and adhere to company policies
• Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management
• Treat customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully

Requirements

• Prior retail experience preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
