Sales Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Enter first-time order items accurately into ERP/CRM systems and assist with customer onboarding
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
• Maintain sales dashboards, pricing sheets, and product data documentation
• Assist with pricing setup, updates, and margin analysis
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure order accuracy
• Help document and improve sales processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Supply Chain preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sales
• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems
• Familiarity with chemical manufacturing or industrial product specifications
