Sales Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing and progressing the regional sales pipeline
• Assist in the preparation of client meeting materials, presentations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate and contribute to RFPs, DDQs, and client information requests
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
• Coordinate logistics for client meetings, roadshows, and events
• Develop a working knowledge of SSIM’s product offering across various asset classes
• Liaise with internal investment, product, marketing, and legal teams to gather information
• Support reporting requirements including pipeline tracking and sales activity reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• Entry-level experience in asset management, financial services, or a related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Co-Pilot
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
