Sales Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Audit and review recorded sales calls to assess quality, compliance, and adherence to company standards
• Monitor daily sales team activity to ensure timely and consistent client engagement
• Maintain, update, and distribute accurate sales performance reports and tracking sheets using Excel
• Manage and update client data within the CRM system to ensure data integrity and completeness
• Collaborate with the sales team to support outreach campaigns and lead management activities
• Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend process improvements
• Liaise with Compliance, Operations, and Finance departments to resolve client queries

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the forex or broader financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CCRM Antelope CRM
