Sales Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support debit network growth by serving as a client advocate for issuer, acquirer, merchant, and fintech clients
• Partner with business development and relationship management teams to address client needs and advance account strategies
• Perform interchange analysis, billing research, and account-level reviews to identify issues and recommend actions
• Analyze recurring business review data, service metrics, and competitive insights to inform performance discussions
• Support issuers and merchants with recommendations to improve debit payment authorization rates
• Track project requests and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and meet service level agreements
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation in CRM and standard business applications

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in debit payments, electronic payments, banking, financial services, or a related industry
• 6+ years of experience in account support, relationship management, sales support, or client-facing operational roles
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, reporting, and issue resolution
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze interchange, billing, performance, and authorization trends and translate findings into recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting debit networks, card networks, or payment acceptance ecosystems
• Experience working with issuers, acquirers, merchants, or financial technology clients
• Experience preparing competitive network reviews or business performance presentations
• Experience managing service level agreements and project request tracking
