About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks across the Finance, Sales, and Operations departments.
- Receive and process purchase orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Issue invoices for sales operations.
- Verify orders, including customer personal information and payment details.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve queries or obtain missing information.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Direct customer returns to the appropriate departments.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or vocational training.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
- High level of proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build value-based relationships with customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional professional training or certifications.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Previous experience within the construction industry.
