About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer the product range for each selling unit in accordance with country strategy
- Align offered range with agreed standards and initiate corrective actions
- Support Sales Leaders with forecast alignment and discrepancy highlighting
- Safeguard product availability by monitoring replenishment parameters for new products
- Coordinate with PR&C Specialists to ensure timely sales starts for regulated products
- Support the establishment of new selling units within the Product Change Management system
- Provide range change planning information to support smooth transitions
- Monitor discontinued items and manage commercial implications
- Assist in range selection based on selling unit capacity and global dimensioning rules
Requirements
- Knowledge of logistics process SOPs and working methods
- Proficiency in relevant systems and tools
- Ability to analyze business situations and formulate improvement actions
- Understanding of IKEA manuals related to fulfillment and supply chain
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Range knowledge regarding key families and strategic articles
- Understanding of the country business plan process
