Responsibilities
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for procurement and supply needs at Panasonic Energy
- Respond to quote requests and order inquiries via phone and email
- Manage product shipments and proactively communicate shipping schedules
- Research customer demand and draft proposals for new service offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and manage vending machine replenishment
- Maintain inventory databases and produce usage reports
- Support quality claims by coordinating between customer service and procurement teams
Requirements
- Sales or account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong professional communication skills in English
- Operational discipline and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Japanese/English or Spanish/English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
