Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for procurement and supply needs at Panasonic Energy
• Respond to quote requests and order inquiries via phone and email
• Manage product shipments and proactively communicate shipping schedules
• Research customer demand and draft proposals for new service offerings
• Monitor inventory levels and manage vending machine replenishment
• Maintain inventory databases and produce usage reports
• Support quality claims by coordinating between customer service and procurement teams

Requirements

• Sales or account management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong professional communication skills in English
• Operational discipline and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Japanese/English or Spanish/English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
