Sales Supervisor Wood Coating

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell products within the organization
• Pursue new sales leads and identify potential business opportunities
• Research, contact, and build long-term relationships with customers
• Monitor customer feedback and competitor information to respond to changing market conditions and demands
• Establish and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent educational background
• 3-5 years of experience in the coatings industry
• Fluency in Mandarin with strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of market trends and competitor status
