Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a unionized sales team across three assigned territories to ensure route compliance and operational standards.
• Guarantee the achievement of sales, coverage, and productivity objectives in alignment with established KPIs.
• Monitor field execution, including inventory management, route efficiency, and daily delivery indicators.
• Optimize the use and performance of ice cream freezers, ensuring product availability, visibility, and proper maintenance.
• Implement commercial initiatives to drive customer growth, open new points of sale, and increase sales volume.
• Ensure correct execution of POP materials, planograms, and brand display standards.
• Train and develop unionized personnel to strengthen their sales, service, and operational skills.
• Coordinate administrative tasks including reporting, incident management, and audit documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or completed technical career.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably managing unionized personnel.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail, or food and beverage distribution.
• Strong knowledge of commercial KPIs, route management, and operational indicators.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territories.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
