Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Focus on developing end users within the tools industry
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with key accounts, dealers, and distributors
• Develop sales and distribution networks within the assigned territory
• Implement company sales, product, and marketing policies to channel partners and end users
• Assist the marketing department with promotions, road shows, and other marketing activities
• Provide product development proposals and maintain close control on accounts receivable (AR)

Requirements

• College degree in Sales or Marketing
• 7+ years of related sales or channel management experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented mindset and ability to learn quickly
• High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in cutting tools is a plus
