About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Focus on developing end users within the tools industry
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with key accounts, dealers, and distributors
- Develop sales and distribution networks within the assigned territory
- Implement company sales, product, and marketing policies to channel partners and end users
- Assist the marketing department with promotions, road shows, and other marketing activities
- Provide product development proposals and maintain close control over accounts receivable (AR)
Requirements
- College degree in Sales or Marketing
- 7+ years of experience in sales or channel management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and a result-oriented mindset
- High sense of responsibility and strong team spirit
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in cutting tools is highly preferred
