Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and actively seek new business opportunities
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
• Create and maintain sales reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations professionally
• Contribute to the development of sales programs and incentives to boost team performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
