Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the inside sales support team to resolve sales issues and support customer needs
• Provide support for specifications in bid and proposal packages and assist with the Spec data system
• Analyze orders for build detail and completeness to ensure accuracy
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality departments
• Evaluate special requests into drawings to ensure adherence to complete model concepts and maximum efficiency
• Analyze and control division expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements
• Meet the goals and objectives of the sales department as assigned by the Director of Sales

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the specialty vehicle industry
• Experience in ambulance sales or specialty vehicle industry standards
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, assembly drawings, and schematics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Business Suites and general order entry software
• Strong mathematical computation skills
• Ability to work independently and establish cooperative working relationships
• Valid driver's license (appropriate for driving an ambulance)

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in business or a related field
• 2 years of experience specifically in ambulance manufacturing
