Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal relationships
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and overseeing inbound/outbound products
• Track metrics for BOH fulfillment, mis-pulls, and overall inventory accuracy
• Support merchandising presentation strategy and concept standards
• Onboard new hires and provide real-time coaching to improve performance
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures and weekly workflow
• Act as a brand ambassador embodying company values and sustainability mission

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
• Experience in a sales or retail organization or operationally intensive business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective problem-solver with keen attention to detail
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
