Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Act as a brand ambassador embodying company values
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and overseeing stock
• Track metrics for BOH fulfillment and inventory accuracy
• Support merchandising presentation strategy and concept standards
• Onboard and provide real-time coaching to new and existing associates
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures and weekly workflow

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience
• Experience in a sales or operationally intensive business
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Availability for 30-40 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
