About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and volume targets through effective management of distributors and DCR teams
- Manage distributor performance, ensuring compliance with business contracts and effective inventory management
- Execute sales, Trade Marketing, and Marketing programs within allocated budgets
- Drive market execution by monitoring pricing policies, POSM installation, and display standards
- Identify and develop new customers and key accounts to expand market reach
- Recruit, coach, and develop DCR teams using structured training tools and performance evaluations
- Analyze distributor P&L and market data to implement improvement actions
- Monitor territory coverage to ensure distributors and DCRs operate within designated areas
Requirements
- College degree or higher
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong sales, coaching, and supervisory skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
