About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage distributors to achieve strategic consensus and drive healthy business growth
  • Improve distributor service levels and management capabilities through business opportunity analysis
  • Ensure effective use of DIS/SFA systems and maintain high data accuracy
  • Train and guide distributor sales teams to ensure excellent market execution
  • Assist distributors with recruitment, training, and daily KPI setting for sales staff
  • Coordinate internal business plans, manage expenses efficiently, and support regional trade plans
  • Set reasonable sales targets for the city and provide market trend feedback to City Managers

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Extensive experience in distributor management
  • Strong internal and external communication skills with the ability to exert professional influence
  • Proven teamwork skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Associate degree or above
