Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in selling products and delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in managing and training the store team
• Assist in daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth running
• Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues
• Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role
• Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership potential with a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management
• High school diploma required

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college education
• Retail management training
