Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive sales excellence by actively engaging customers and understanding their needs to deliver an outstanding experience
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing the store team
• Assist with team training and development to maintain high service standards
• Manage inventory tasks including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to uphold brand elegance
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role
• Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential with a team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management
• High school diploma required

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college education or specialized retail management training
