About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage direct sales of complete equipment and after-sales services, including spare parts, maintenance contracts, and energy improvement solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact and "owner" for assigned client accounts to build long-term relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize productivity for both the client and the company.
- Organize client visits based on sales management priorities to ensure pipeline sufficiency.
- Manage customer dispute processes and follow up on open complaints to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Document all visits, offers, and orders in the SFA system and participate in team MDI meetings.
- Monitor weekly sales progress and report results to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or business development, preferably in B2B industries.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
- Strong skills in pipeline and forecast management, pricing, and contract interpretation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using iScala.
