About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct sales of complete equipment and after-sales services, including spare parts, maintenance contracts, and energy improvement solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and "owner" for assigned client accounts to build long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize productivity for both the client and the company.
  • Organize client visits based on sales management priorities to ensure pipeline sufficiency.
  • Manage customer dispute processes and follow up on open complaints to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
  • Document all visits, offers, and orders in the SFA system and participate in team MDI meetings.
  • Monitor weekly sales progress and report results to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or business development, preferably in B2B industries.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
  • Strong skills in pipeline and forecast management, pricing, and contract interpretation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using iScala.
