Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to create a welcoming environment for families and children
• Train staff on product knowledge, allergen awareness, and safe handling practices
• Plan and execute seasonal displays, promotions, and interactive in-store events
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and stock availability
• Monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving targets
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in candy, confectionery, or family retail environments
• Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of candy products, packaging, and seasonal trends
• Proven ability to train and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in organizing interactive events and family promotions
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
