About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the tourism sales team to ensure operational excellence
  • Monitor commercial goals and KPIs to drive performance
  • Design and implement strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales personnel
  • Manage and provide follow-up for VIP clients and strategic accounts
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyze sales results
  • Oversee the management of tourism packages, reservations, and sales closures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tourism sales or travel agencies
  • Proven experience leading commercial teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital tools
  • Strong results-oriented mindset and focus on customer service
  • Availability to travel as required
