About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the tourism sales team to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor commercial goals and KPIs to drive performance
- Design and implement strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales personnel
- Manage and provide follow-up for VIP clients and strategic accounts
- Prepare detailed reports and analyze sales results
- Oversee the management of tourism packages, reservations, and sales closures
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tourism sales or travel agencies
- Proven experience leading commercial teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM and digital tools
- Strong results-oriented mindset and focus on customer service
- Availability to travel as required
