Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Consult, analyze, and plan sales objectives for water jugs and other products to ensure goal achievement.
• Manage and communicate sales strategies, promotions, and performance indicators to the route team.
• Coordinate activities for current client development and new client prospecting to increase sales volume and average ticket size.
• Monitor the administration of assigned resources, ensuring compliance with internal controls, pricing policies, and profitability analysis.
• Supervise operational and sales routines, providing feedback and continuous improvement plans to the team.
• Train and develop team members in sales processes, promotions, and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• 3 years of experience in Promoter or Customer Service roles.
• 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• 2 years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Office, and Windows.
• Advanced knowledge of sales techniques and administrative controls.
