Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Form successors and build high-performance teams
• Ensure quality in hiring new consultants based on technical and behavioral criteria
• Manage onboarding for new employees to provide a welcoming sales environment
• Plan and execute monthly actions for consultants
• Maintain constant sales growth and achieve proposed targets
• Identify task priorities and distribute them effectively
• Assist and guide consultants in closing sales
• Monitor performance and provide constant feedback
• Disseminate corporate behaviors and culture
• Recognize team achievements to maintain engagement
• Actively participate in sales across physical, digital, remote, and external channels
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain the workplace and assets
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, credit policies, and ethics codes
• Verify the quality and veracity of contracted operations
• Ensure consultants hold required professional certifications

Requirements

• Ongoing undergraduate degree
• Experience in sales team management
• Mandatory Banking Correspondent certification (FEBRABAN, ANEPS, or similar) for offering payroll loan products

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed undergraduate degree
• Driver's license (Category B)
• Experience leading financial product sales teams
• Experience with commercial performance analysis tools
• CPA 10 and CPA 20 certifications
