Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service through effective teamwork
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values of Levi Strauss & Co.
• Offer personalized assistance and prioritize the customer experience
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store goals
• Assist with product deliveries and help organize the stockroom area

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide impeccable service
• Proven sales skills and comfort approaching and advising customers
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Experience in a tailoring role is preferred
• Passion for the brand and alignment with company values
