Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional 1:1 service
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire customer confidence
• Support store operations including till operation, fitting rooms, and stock management
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to remain adaptable and curious in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential
