Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the Connect, Consult & Close method
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation and housekeeping standards
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention programs
• Utilize RFID-enabled processes for accurate inventory replenishment

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and device troubleshooting
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and adaptable characteristics
