Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Suggest trend-based looks and current promotions to meet consumer needs
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program to promote the omni experience
• Resolve consumer concerns in alignment with company policy and satisfaction goals
• Handle cash transactions and merchandise operations including shipment processing and replenishment
• Maintain store standards through floor sets, markdowns, and following management directives

Requirements

• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age of 16 years old
