Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the Connect, Consult, and Close method
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention programs
• Utilize RFID-enabled processes for rapid and accurate inventory replenishment
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Familiarity with iOS and basic technology troubleshooting skills
• Highly organized, methodical, and adaptable personality
