Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and understanding of brand heritage
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention programs
• Utilize RFID-enabled processes for rapid and accurate sales floor replenishment

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, mornings, and afternoons
• Physical stamina for constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and device troubleshooting
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and adaptable personality traits
