Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver exceptional 1:1 service
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to help customers find their perfect fit
• Support store operations including till operation, fitting rooms, and stock management
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals

Requirements

• A passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
