Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Suggest trend-based looks and incorporate current promotions to meet consumer needs
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program to enhance the omni-channel experience
• Resolve consumer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and company policy
• Handle cash transactions and merchandise operations including shipment processing and replenishment
• Maintain store standards through floor sets, markdowns, and efficient task management

Requirements

• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, and bending
• Minimum age of 16 years old
• Reliable transportation
