Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and understanding of Levi Strauss & Co. heritage
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
• Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
• Support physical inventory, cycle counts, and general housekeeping
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.10 - $25.15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
