Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service
• Meet personal sales performance expectations, including ATV and UPT targets
• Build, nurture, and maintain client relationships
• Assist customers at the register with friendliness and efficiency
• Maintain store visual standards, including straightening merchandise and cleaning
• Restock product and keep the sales floor organized and shoppable
• Develop strong product knowledge to provide expert recommendations

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
• Creativity and an eye for style
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
