Sales Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to cultivate an authentic, service-oriented environment
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures
• Manage merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and comply with store security and loss prevention programs
• Resolve customer concerns with ease and partner with leadership on elevated issues
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying company core values and fostering community connections

Requirements

• Progressive retail leadership experience with skills in supervising, coaching, and training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable transportation
