Sales Strategy & Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist with the Annual Sales Planning Process for Field Sales
• Support the development and execution of cross-functional Annual Planning materials
• Analyze sales data to identify trends in distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing
• Partner with HQ cross-functional teams and field sales to drive profitable growth
• Develop category objectives, priorities, and execution tactics
• Conduct weekly connect calls with Tier 1 Customer teams and bi-weekly calls with Tier 2
• Coordinate and lead Monthly Sales Update share-outs to the US Sales Team and Leadership
• Maintain trackers for innovation, category reviews, and display forecasting
• Manage Retail Tools including IRCs, POS, and corrugate displays
• Maintain the SharePoint "Life Preserver" site with updated sell decks and product images

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in CPG
• Fundamental understanding of trade management and category management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
