Sales Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire RFP process from intake and initial brainstorm to final submission
• Develop custom, data-backed partnership programs including sponsorships, experiential, and branded content
• Create sales collateral such as case studies, media kits, and custom pitch decks
• Leverage 1st and 3rd party data to enhance sales materials and drive client conversations
• Act as a liaison between the sales organization and content, marketing, design, and production departments
• Generate media plans recommending ad placements based on client campaign objectives
• Utilize sales lead generation platforms to identify partner prospects

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in the sports industry regarding sponsorship development or sales strategy
• Experience proposing, planning, and pitching marketing campaigns
• Proficiency with 3rd party audience measurement platforms like comScore, Nielsen, Quantcast, or Google Analytics
• Experience in proposal building and layout using Canva, PPT, or Google Slides
• Strong understanding of digital media marketing platforms including social, display, native, OTT, and video
• High level of attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
