About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive order and revenue growth across targeted health systems through fleet replacement and competitive replacement strategies.
- Execute strategic plans to grow Philips market share within assigned accounts.
- Analyze equipment replacement potential and regional market conditions to create actionable growth strategies.
- Partner with CADs and ECEs to develop and deploy IDN and GPO sales strategies.
- Track and analyze customer performance to identify trends and proactive growth opportunities.
- Lead and collaborate with IGT field sales teams within a matrix environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of medical device sales experience.
- Proven sales management experience.
- Experience in long-term strategy development.
- Demonstrated leadership experience to inspire teams and drive critical thinking.
- Four-year university degree.
