About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive order and revenue growth across targeted health systems through fleet replacement and competitive replacement strategies.
  • Execute strategic plans to grow Philips market share within assigned accounts.
  • Analyze equipment replacement potential and regional market conditions to create actionable growth strategies.
  • Partner with CADs and ECEs to develop and deploy IDN and GPO sales strategies.
  • Track and analyze customer performance to identify trends and proactive growth opportunities.
  • Lead and collaborate with IGT field sales teams within a matrix environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Proven sales management experience.
  • Experience in long-term strategy development.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience to inspire teams and drive critical thinking.
  • Four-year university degree.
