Sales, Strategic Accounts Director - Image Guided Therapy (South)

Responsibilities

• Drive order and revenue growth for Image Guided Therapy (IGT) by managing strategic accounts and executing fleet and competitive replacement plans.
• Deliver agreed-upon growth in targeted accounts and contribute to the overall sales results of covered districts.
• Analyze equipment replacement potential and regional market conditions to create and execute growth strategies.
• Partner with CADs and ECEs to build out IDN and GPO sales strategies to grow Philips market share.
• Track and analyze customer performance to identify trends and proactively develop growth opportunities.
• Lead and work with IGT field sales teams within a matrix environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Proven sales management experience.
• Experience in strategic development and long-term planning.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire others.
• Four-year university degree.
• Ability to work in a field-based role.

• Experience working in both small and large company environments.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate complex hospital challenges.
